Jean-Philippe SIRVENT makes it his priority to satisfy the appetites of his guests. He understands that day to day cookery is based on fresh ingredients and attention to detail. Everything is home made induding a variety of breads and desserts (with the exception of ice-cream)

All meat is rigorously selected and preference is given to local produce. Hot and cold meat dishes. Venison and wild boar in autumn. “Boîte Chaude” a cheese speciality of the region. Fish platter, a dish for which Jean-Marie is especially renowned and benefits from his time spent workink in Brittany.

Comté and Morbier cheeses.

His continual search for excellence requires the menu to change from season to season according to his inspiration.

The wine list principally offers wines chosen by the proprietor and offers an excellent combinaison of price and quality.
